What level of benefits are available to projects selected for the Applied Research Accelerator Program?

Projects based on research that has been demonstrated to be feasible with an identified path to a GPU-accelerated application, which could be deployed within three years, are eligible for a hardware grant of up to four workstation GPUs or equivalent. Projects that also have a supporting organization planning on adoption of the GPU-accelerated application in a product, service, or large-scale internal deployment, if successful, are eligible for a hardware grant of up to eight workstation GPUs or equivalent. Projects that have a sponsoring organization investing resources in the project are eligible for a hardware grant based on project requirements and funding to support one to two researchers or research engineers.
